Duration : 8 Weeks

The Network Security Engineer Internship Program is an 8-week immersive course designed to develop comprehensive skills in network security. It starts with foundational concepts such as network security basics, setting up secure workstations, and encryption techniques. The program progresses through various aspects of network security, including network monitoring and analysis, firewall and perimeter security, system security, and endpoint protection. Interns gain hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark and Tcpdump, learn to develop network security policies, and explore advanced topics like IDS/IPS systems and VPN configuration.

Midway through the program, the focus shifts to advanced network security techniques, including advanced intrusion detection, network segmentation, and cloud security fundamentals. Interns also engage in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, web application security testing, and wireless network security testing. This phase reinforces their understanding of the complexities of network security in diverse environments.

The final weeks of the internship are dedicated to advanced cybersecurity practices, network management, and preparation for final presentations and assessments. The program emphasizes practical application through virtual labs, real-world scenarios, and project-based learning, ensuring that interns leave with a solid grasp of network security principles and ready to face challenges in the cybersecurity field.
